Celebrating Team Excellence with our inaugural Recognition Awards
At Strike Force Services, celebrating the efforts and excellence of our team is important to us. So, we decided to take the extra step and launch our first ever employee Recognition Awards.
The awards recognise the outstanding dedication, achievements, and contributions of our team members and mark a significant milestone for our team, emphasising our commitment to honouring the exceptional efforts of our workplace.
The awards event brought together our team members, key clients, stakeholders, business partners, and local community members at the Mercure Hunter Valley on 26 July 2024.
Our Business Development Manager Jenny Gitzel, said that the introduction of the Recognition Awards was designed to foster a greater sense of support, value, and camaraderie among our team.
“The ceremony was an amazing opportunity to unite our work communities and celebrate each other’s successes,” Jenny said. “The atmosphere was joyful, and we believe we are cultivating something truly special.”
What we are recognising
Our Recognition Awards celebrated a range of categories, each showcasing the different elements of excellence within our organisation.
From Employee of the Year to Site of the Year, the Recognition Awards honoured individuals and teams who exhibited outstanding work ethic and commitment.
Our General Manager, Steve Edmonds, noted that it was an excellent opportunity to celebrate our team’s accomplishments, highlighting that their success is a testament to the enduring, close-knit culture that has been pivotal to over 20 years of business excellence.
